One account for the agency, bulk upload for a portfolio, and a verified business identity buyers can see. Same terms as any agent: nothing to join, nothing to list, 5% only when a deal closes.
Put up a portfolio without filling the same form thirty times. Each property still gets its own visit.
CAC number, office address and director checked once, on top of the identity check every lister passes. Buyers see a business badge, not just a first name.
Staff work under the agency account with their own permissions — who can list, who can reply, who can close a deal. Each still passes their own identity check: the agency badge does not cover an unverified person.
For scattered properties at separate addresses: yes. Visiting one tells us nothing about another, and the badge on each listing is a statement that somebody stood in front of that property.
For a development — a hundred units in one block — no. One visit to the building plus a sample of units is genuinely enough, because unit 47 teaches us nothing unit 3 did not. Those listings will say “development visited, this unit not individually seen”, which is honest and still strong.
What we will not do is put the full badge on a property nobody attended. That would put our strongest claim on our least-checked listings, which is worse than having no badge at all.
